We are a small group of decor enthusiasts, from Regensburg (Germany). We love to decorate and style our homes and snuggle up in a cozy atmosphere. And because we are so addicted to home decor, we started our shop in 2017 to spread our wall decals all over the world.
We ship our products straight from China.
Of course, we are aware that some people don’t feel very comfortable about placing an order with an international seller. But, it is the best way to get our beautiful wall decals sent directly into your living room.
We want to assure you that your business is important to us, and we make every effort to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible!

As soon as the value of your order exceeds $25, shipping is free, no matter what country you live in, no coupon code required.
For orders below $25, we are charging a flat rate of $3.99!
Usually, your order will leave our warehouse within two or three business days after we have received your payment. On average, it will take about 12-20 days, excluding holidays and weekends to get our wall decals to you. Of course, it also depends on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Of course not. You can place your order as a guest without signing up. But you also have the chance to register and get a 10% off coupon on your first order. You get your bonus at the end of the order process. Just fill in the number of your voucher.

As you can read in the about us secetion, our company is based in Germany and therefore underlies German tax regulations. To keep the shopping experience as simple and convenient as possible for our customers, we have already included the tax that has to be paid in the prices shown on our store. In other words, we pay all the taxes we have to pay in Germany.
However, it is of course your responsibility to pay any taxes or duy fees that apply in your specific country or state of residence.
Since we are shipping to almost every country on this planet and because tax and duty regulations are different in each country, there is no way for us to know all the taxes or duty fees & rules of every single country.
Therefore, it is not our responsibility to make sure that you pay all taxes and duty fees which apply in your country or state.
You can find the size of each wall decal in the description on the product page below the product image. All sizes are in inches. If you live in a country that is using centimeters as the primary dimensional unit, just use the Google conversion tool to convert inches to centimeters.
Of course! Every product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
If you want to return or exchange a product, it has to be unused. The stickers may not have been removed from the foil and have to be in the same condition as received.
When we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you by sending an email that we have received your returned product. We will inform you asap of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If everything returned is ok, you will get your money back to the PayPal account or credit/debit card that you have used for your order. This process will usually take 2-3 business days.
When you want to return an ordered product, you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs. The costs for shipping are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you use a non-tracked shipping, it is at your own risk.
Make sure to pack the products in the right way, that they withstand the return undamaged.

It is our biggest goal to provide every customer with an excellent shopping experience. But sometimes accidents happen and a package gets damaged on its way to you. If you receive a damaged order, please let us know as soon as possible and send us a picture at email@example.com. We will then replace the damaged products asap!
Before a package leaves our facility, we check if it matches your order. However, if you receive an order that is incomplete, just let us know immediately and contact us via email. Sometimes the orders are sent in several packages. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We are here to help you.
We try our best to give you the most realistic photos of our wall decals. But due to your monitor or resolution of your computer, the pictures and colors may differ a little bit from the original.
Please make sure to apply the wall stickers the right way and that you have clean and fat-free hands while doing so. You can put the wall decals to every clean and smooth surface. The decals will not stick on a broken, uneven or ashy surface. It is your responsibility to choose the right surface. .
We are not responsible when the order does not arrive due to a wrong or incorrect shipping address. Please check twice if you have declared your address correctly before submitting your order.
In case you have noticed that you have provided an incorrect address right after submitting your order, please contact us asap, and we’ll fix this issue for you as long as the order has not left our warehouse.
We do our best to guarantee the availability of the products on our website. Ordering from our shop does not mean, that all shown products are in stock. We always try to keep our inventory current, but in the case that an item is sold out or not available we reserve us the right to cancel an order and refund the money to the customer.
